Complaint: Poor Website
Hi, The KSRTC Website is always not working, When ever you try to book online ticketsthe site will show server busy. Since from past six months the same problem is happening. Kindly look in to that and make it user friendly.

actually ksrtc hasnt made the online booking facility available in their website...the online booking facility is only availbale in booking counters in specified stations(plas read posts to find out which all stations has online booking counters)...
www.keralartc.com needs a huge makeup... :)_
