Complaint: Misbehavior of conductor
Myself Sumith Sekhar working in Alleppy. Today i have travelled from Alleppy to Cherthala around 12.20 PM by KSRTC fast passenger number RR7 (Alleppy depot) ,the actual fair amount is 13Rs and i have given 20Rs to the conductor. While i was asking for balance amount he has blasted on me and started scolding and irritating in maximum extend.There was one more lady passenger also got irritated. At cherthala bus station he was asked me to get 3 rupees from somewhere , then i told him that \\\'i will complain to the transport officer\\\' then he asked me to do so and again started scolding. I have reported this to Cherthala depot and they have asked me to send a complaint to Alleppy depot. As a passenger i got disappointed and decided not to travel in KSRTC. So i request you to take necessary action for the same.

As a passenger, its ur responsibility to keep 2 or 3 ruppe in ur hand... Conductors dont have machine to convert Notes into coins... If u need ur balance in time,in a bus journy either it is a private or KSRTC Please co-operate by keeping some coins with u .. Otherwise the result will be the same
