Confusion regarding reservation of seats for women

As iam a traveller from Ernakulam to Thrissur, i noticed the reservation seats for women is marked in two places in the same bus.One in the front portion of the bus and one in the back seats. And the women travellers always had the confusion like which one is true. males always take this opportunity to play with them like ladies seats are in front of the bus and when they reached there males who stand their directing them to the ladies seats in the back portion of the bus. So please take some steps to keep only one direction for the ladies seats and to compleately demark the other signboards.
